رازيانه Foeniculum vulgare و اثرات درماني آن
رازيانه گياهي با بوي مطلوب و گل هاي زرد رنگ دارد. اين گياه بومي مديترانه است و امروزه در تمام دنيا يافت مي شود. رازيانه هم به عنوان ادويه در مصارف غذايي و هم به صورت هاي مختلف خوراكي و موضعي در مصارف دارويي استفاده مي شود.
از لحاظ ظاهري و طعم شبيه گياه آنيسون است. قسمت خوراكي و دارويي آن دانه گياه مي باشد.
مكانيسم اثر اين گياه اينگونه است كه با ريلكس كردن عضلات سيستم گوارشي در مشكلات گوارشي مثل اسپاسم مي تواند موثر باشد همچنين با كاهش ترشحات مجاري تنفسي در برونشيت اثر بخشي دارد. رازيانه همچنين داراي اثرات شبه استروژني مي باشد.
كاربرد هاي درماني مشاهده شده از گياه:
بر طرف كننده مشكلات گوارشي:از جمله سوزش معده، نفخ، ورم معده، كاهش اشتها ، ملين، ضد اسپاسم،كوليت
كوليك نوزادان از 2 هفتگي به بالاتر به مقدار 1/0% روغن رازيانه روزانه براي 1 هفته
در ديسمنوره در كاهش درد هاي قاعدگي
در كاهش هيرسوتيسم يا مو هاي زايد بدن با الگوي مردانه در زنان به مدت 12 هفته به صورت كرم
كاهش علائم واژينال بعد از يائسگي به مدت 8 هفته به صورت كرم
به صورت موضعي قبل از تماس با آفتاب سبب جلوگيري از آفتاب سوختگي مي گردد.
بهبود برونشيت و كاهش ترشحات مجاري تنفسي، ضد سرفه
ايمني و عوارض جانبي:
در مصارف تغذيه اي كاملا ايمن است. در مصارف درماني به صورت خوراكي و موضعي در كوتاه مدت ايمن است. در مصارف بلند مدت بررسي نشده است. در كودكان ايمن است.
عوارض آن :شامل واكنش هاي حساسيتي در برخي افراد خصوصا كساني كه به كرفس و هويج نيز حساسيت دارند. گاهي سبب بروز حساسيت به نور در برخي افراد مي شود.
هشدار:
در بارداري بهتر است استفاده نشود.
در كساني كه به كرفس و هويج حساسيت دارند بهتر است استفاده نشود.
در بيماري هاي مرتبط با هورمون زنانه مثل سرطان رحم، تخمدان و ... بهتر است استفاده نشود.
در بيماري هاي انعقادي و خونريزي دهنده بهتر است استفاده نشود.
تداخلات:
با سيپروفلوكساسين : كاهش جذب دارو
با استروژن: افزايش اثرات دارو
با تاموكسيفن: كاهش اثرات دارو
