زنجبيل و خواص درماني آن
زنجبيل با نام علمي Zingiber officinale گياهي با گل هاي سبز زرد است.
ريشه گياه خواص درماني و خوراكي دارد. اين گياه بومي مناطق گرمسيري آسيا مانند چين، ژاپن و هند است. زنجبيل در مشكلات گوارشي از جمله كوليت، ناراحتي معده، نفخ، اسهال، سندروم روده تحريك پذير، تهوع و .. استفاده مي شود. در آرتريت روماتوئيد، استئوآرتريت به عنوان ضد التهاب و ضد درد مانند ايبوپروفن عمل مي كند. در تسكين درد هاي قاعدگي مي توان اثر گذاري بيشتري از NSAID ها داشته باشد.از عصاره زنجبيل به صورت موضعي به عنوان دافع حشرات مي توان استفاده كرد. زنجبيل يك مهار كننده مركزي پاسخ تهوع در مغز است و مصرف 30 دقيقه قبل از داروهاي تهوع آور مي تواند در پيشگيري از ايجاد تهوع نقش داشته باشد. مصرف زنجبيل به ميزان 1 گرم 1 ساعت قبل از جراحي به صورت خوراكي يا به صورت موضعي روغن 5 درصد آن به مچ دست مي تواند به عنوان عامل پيشگيري كننده از ايجاد تهوع عمل كند. زنجبيل باعث كاهش سرگيجه مي شود. زنجبيل به عنوان يك تركيب محافظت كننده از كبد عمل مي كند و سميت كبدي ساير دارو ها را كاهش مي دهد. زنجبيل باعث كاهش قند خون و فشار خون و افزايش ريسك خونريزي مي شود. در كاهش دوره ميگرن و درد آن نيز اثر بخش مي باشد.
ايمني: در بارداري ايمن است.
تداخلات: با وارفاين سبب افزايش ريسك خونريزي مي شود.
